Has anyone ever received compensaton from...

Wishqard LLC.

One of our neighbors in LeRoy has asked if anyone out there has ever received compensation from Wishgard LLC.

Although this comment was listed as a comment, I thought it important to make it a main post.  Please comment on your experience with this company.

    Live in Trashtabula and they did NOT pay and they are way overdue. They sent me a dollar after complaining and I now have to see what I can do to stop them from holding me up signing with somebody reputable. Basically they screwed me out of joining the land group that did get paid.

      That's unfortunate but I wouldn't name us Trashtabula, the county will have allot to offer one day if we can responsibly negotiate the difficulties and challenges of the oil and gas play.

      Wishgard should be held responsible for unprofessional dealings. I've heard many stories. I can only think you need to discuss your issues with a qualified attorney.

      Has anyone else had similiar cirsumstances? Banding together may give you more leverage.

      Yes we have had the same treatment. My neighbor and I signed a lease last summer. I have called and talked to them, and they keep saying they are having trouble getting a clear title. :-)

    We have had the same from Wishgard LLc here in Wood County, WV. Same song and dance and pass the blame back and forth to 84 PA. Each 20th of the month month came and went since August,2012 without pay and when we finally wanted the lease released we had to send a certified letter to 84 PA. We did receive the certified letter form returned and signed by an unkown name but there has not been any form of communication from Wishgard LLc! We have called and always get the answering machine in 84 PA now and never do get a return phone call. My strong advise to anyone would be stay away from these crooks!!!!!

      I am having the same problem in Rockport. My neighbor and I signed a lease last summer and have received only a $1 check. Did the form they sent you help you get a release form the lease?
